REMAR is recruiting an experienced Commercial Director – Network with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Real Estate and Financial Markets. The self-motivated individual will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to communicate effectively and contact, establish, negotiate and maintain partnerships with wealth management companies and private banks worldwide. Once these partnerships are established, the responsibility shifts to driving the partnerships into a global network.
Overview of responsibilities: Create, adapt and implement a global network strategy across 20 countries.
Establish partnership with private banks with a view to them facilitating the distribution of REMAR’s product; property backed investment opportunities. Maintain network partnership relationships. Organize and structure a tour for REMAR (visiting 20 partners worldwide) and establish conferences for participation of up to 500 bankers per region.
Analyze performances globally, monitor regional product demands/requests and allocate them accordingly throughout the network. Implement a network acquisition support group, consisting of 13 full time employed staff based from the corporate office, which will monitor and report on investment and financial situations across the network.
Daily operational duties: Establish the requirements for a Business Intelligence System. Establish and monitor performance KPIs for the network support group and regional offices.
Implement and maintain a revenue driven KPI system. Provide leadership and management to the network support group. Participate in the recruitment of new personnel.
Constantly research new opportunities across the entire network. Sign additional partnerships that will maintain the network at approx. 500 participants per region. Conduct daily update meetings with the entire network. Ensure network material is up-to-date and available across the network.
