Must be energetic, creative, innovative, self driven team leader, qualified and passionate about food to create a trendy, healthy a la Carte menu. We will be opened for lunch and dinner with 2 different menus. Responsibilities: Menu development, planning of a la Carte and banqueting menus, costing the menus, recipe construction, management of a la Carte and Banqueting menus, stock control, staff training, front house management.
