Senior Social Worker, Employer: Central Australian Aboriginal Congress, Work Type/s: Contract, Classification/s: Indigenous, Management, Social Work, Sector/s: Not For Profit (NFP), Location: Regional NT, Congress is seeking a suitably qualified and committed Senior Social Worker to clinically lead our Social and Cultural Support Service.

The Clinical Lead for the Social and Cultural Support Service will be a Senior Social Worker and responsible for the effective delivery of high quality and culturally appropriate health, social and welfare services to clients from a diverse background within a multidisciplinary framework.  The Clinical Lead will provide effective supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary team including day-to-day clinical supervision to maintain high standards of social and cultural support services, delivered within an evidence-based practice framework.
