Office Administrator in Training Centre (Full time), Pretoria-West, Two year contract

Successful candidates will be placed at a Training and Development Centre and be part of a team consisting of experts who focus on skills development.  Your task will be to support the team of experts and your versatility will be the key element to be successful.

Duties: Coordinate with staff to enhance the operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments. Provide sound administrative/secretarial support and taking care of a range of administrative problems and inquiries. Record keeping – independent, systematic and timeous capturing of data to reflect the activities of the unit. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and other similar activities for project team members. Marketing of the programme to various stakeholders. This will include site visits, facilitating open days and identifying possible stakeholders to support the programme. Assisting with recruitment of students.

Coordinating of events such as awards ceremonies and gala evenings, when necessary.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizing and coordination skills are required, Your meticulous work patterns and  persistence must be a strength, Your detail orientation and concern for excellence must distinguish you from most others to render the expected level of service, You will have to be a flexible and a dedicated team player

Requirements: Qualification in Administration and/or Marketing, Public Relations, Excellent computer skills in Word and Excel, Working in a marketing environment will be an advantage, Experience:  minimum 4 years.
