Our Client: Our client is a long standing, national provider of services supporting the needs of Australians in the communities they serve. They are recognised for person centred focus, progression and innovation in their sector.

The Role: The National Fundraising Manager is a leadership role within the organisation and key to driving growth through the development of corporate partnerships, business opportunities, regular giving, grants, trusts and bequests.

You will be supported by two Fundraising Coordinators and a Trusts Coordinator and collectively the team work in partnership with the Communications department to deliver against the organisational and team objectives. These include:

Develop and managing critical relationships with customers, donors, and corporate sponsors;

Develop innovative business strategies across all fundraising disciplines;

Lead fundraising risk management and legislative compliance to ensure all Acts, Regulations, Codes of Practice and guidelines are identified and incorporated into fundraising work practices;

Ensure fundraising activities are fully integrated into the Organisation's business objectives;

Identifying, implementing and managing strategic segmentation and campaign strategies that will improve corporate partnerships, donor mail, major gifts and bequests income; Manage the Trusts and Foundation submission program.

About You: To be considered for this role you will excel in written, oral communication and team building capabilities underpinned by a strong background in fundraising/corporate partnerships and/or events management. A sound understanding of the services provided within the Community Services and Not for Profit Sector is a key element of success, along with a working knowledge of the issues and policy reform impacting the Sector.

You will enjoy leading and developing further a performing team to achieve goals and targets.  Your skills will have been developed in an environment where you can now demonstrate success, in formulating solid processes, thoughtful business development techniques and a strong personal network.
