Key Responsibilities: Desktop repairs – Hardware troubleshooting & repairs to desktop systems. Component testing & repair/replacement, Peripheral testing for vendor escalation i.e. printers / digital cameras / CCTV, Software recovery & repair – all OS’s, Ability to troubleshoot communications devices i.e. network LAN’s / WAN’s. Escalation of technical repair jobs to maintain SLA turn-around time of 48 hours. Maintaining job card updates & customer feedback on repairs. Maintaining a flow & follow up of RMA replacements. i.e. completing fault reports / swap outs etc. Telephonic support

Requirements: Be able to work in a pressured environment. Be able to complete jobs quickly & efficiently. Excellent communication skills required. Be willing to go the extra mile & complete tasks quickly. Excellent technical skills required. Be able to dtions in a professional manner A+ with 3 Years Technical experience
