Senior Architectural Technologist Established fast food franchise group urgently needs an out of the box thinker to join their team. The successful candidate will be doing measurements and scoping of buildings to create drawings, use generic plans to fit building space available, ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS as well as sign off on construction drawings / plans

Must have 3 – 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist in a retail environment. Registration with SACAP as a Senior Architectural Technologist. CADDIE 20 or AutoCAD proficient. Valid drivers license. Willing to travel. Knowledge of building regulations. Knowledge of design principles and municipal approval processes. Knowledge of latest Council legislation, policies and procedures. Certified in Water Reticulation and Fenestration calculations (SAIAT workshop)
