Restaurant Manager, Zaffran Indian Contemporary Cuisine Ltd. is urgently looking to fill in the full time, permanent position of a Restaurant Manager
Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management, 2-3 Years of Managerial experience with ability to supervise staff.
Duties: Organise, plan and manage the day to day operations of the restaurant. Modify or Implement new procedures for operation of the restaurant, Discuss with staff, speak to customers and determine if any new type of services are to be provided to customers. Determine staff work schedules and assess their performance. Monitor revenue and expenditure of the business, may speak to accountants whenever needed. Set and modify prices for food items depending on market prices or whenever needed. Contact with suppliers for supply of products and payment for products and payment methods, Ensure that all safety and health standards are followed by staff in restaurant operation and especially in Kitchen Operation. Resole customer complaints if any.
