Chef De Partie all-rounder (Hot, Cold & Pastry) needed for Boutique Luxury Lodge in Wilderness Location, Other, Eden, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time
We are in search of a creative and versatile CDP with experience in Hot, Cold and Pastry to take on duties at this luxury lodge in the Wilderness Nature Reserve.
High profile overseas guests at this Lodge have come to expect relaxed but elegant cuisine standards from our friendly and creative Villa Chefs.
The CDP on early or late shifts will prepare all meals for guests from an open plan kitchen using modern preparation methods and plating techniques. Picnic baskets are often prepared for day hikes or elephant ride outings but dinners are elegant fine dining style 3 or 4 course meals prepared from scratch by our CDP on duty.
Essential Criteria: Formal Recognized Chaffing Qualification, Minimum 3 year experience within a la carte fine dining. Ability to engineer menu's and create daily changing 3 course meals, Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to HOST guests, Must be PASSIONATE about food and exciting about your chaffing career, Gavin Smith, Pro Staff Select
