Description: The Human Factor Hospitality Recruitment is searching for an experienced Sous Chef for a National Food Service Solutions and Corporate Catering Company for a unit in Alberton. There are opportunities for development within the Group. This particular contract has approximately 1000 people onsite and provides various meals in a restaurant canteen seating 120, as well as catering for VIP functions. We are searching for a chef who has a minimum of 3 years of catering or hotel experience and can assist in the management of a team of 12 people. This is a hands-on chefing position with minimal admin responsibility and reports to the Executive Chef on site.
