We are an established 23-year-old IT support company based in Century City that is looking at filling an administrative scheduling position. The ideal candidate would be in their 20’s with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products and an aptitude for working with different personality types. Strong attention to detail and strong English verbal skills are essential.
Daily Duties: Scheduling Creating Tickets/Checking Tickets. Liaising with clients regarding IT Issues, Managing Engineers Calendars, Updating SLA Spread Sheets
Monthly Duties: Monthly Offsite Backups Scheduling, Completion of SLA Spreadsheets, Time Reports, Following up on customer repairs, Salary will be market related up to R10’000 per month Cost to Company based on prior experience in a similar role.
