Purpose of Position: Ensure the efficient preparation of meals; Inherent Requirements: Matric or equivalent qualification with relevant tertiary qualification; Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with a stable track record; Knowledge and understanding of buffet and A’lacarte menus; Proficient understanding of stock control & the application of workplace health & safety; Flexibility to work highly pressurized irregular hours; Driver’s license and own transport required;

Competencies: Communication and interpersonal skills; Customer-care skills with a teachable attitude; Even-Tempered with patience; Planning skills with the ability to be pro-active;

Responsibilities: Efficient food preparation and presentation to increase customer satisfaction levels; Assist with the monitoring and replenishing of stock levels; Execute any reasonable instruction given by Supervisor or through Supervisor by Head of Department; Salary: R6800 /month

Required experience: Minimum 2 years relevant working experience with a stable track record
