We are looking for self-driven, goal-directed, resourceful Retail Store Manager who is willing to take on a very rewarding opportunity with an established Kitchen Specialty Store. A strong retail sales background with min 10 years’ experience. Responsibilities - Financial Performance - Driving and achieving monthly targets. The Brand - Client relations, in-store experience, in-store marketing strategies, brand optimization. The Team - Coaching, mentoring, facilitation, growth and development and performance management. The Product - product management, in-store demonstrations, visual merchandising, promotional strategies, risk management, stock takes. Characteristics - Self driven and goal orientated, excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. Experience - as a previous Store Manager or similar would be ideal, Pastel and Excel literacy and a passion for food essential. 6 Day week. Only qualifying applicants need to apply.
