Quality Analyst Mzansi Debt Clinic invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons interested in the position of Quality Analyst. This position is based in Durban. Package includes basic of R4000 Minimum Requirements: 1 year experience as a quality analyst. Debt Counselling experience will be an advantage. Must be computer literate. Fluent in the English language. Key responsibilities:  Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards. Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team. Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations. Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed. Co-ordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff. Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers. Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review. In exchange for the successful candidate's services, the company offers a competitive salary plus bonus.
