Operational Budget Planning & Preparation. Budget presentation for the company. Cost Allocation for Common, Office Rent, External Entities. IMPACT preparation and submission, Development of Plan and Forecasts. Budget vs. Actual Deviation Monitoring. Analysis and Other Financial Reports with Detailed Analysis. Preparation of Year-end Actual and accrual accounting in SAP. Internal Reports and Presentation. Inquiries of Expenses and Budgets from Business Units. Support efficiency initiatives, Budgeting Manager related tasks in SAP. Procurement approver for Purchase Requisitions to ensure correctness of allocation to cost centers, cost accounts and cost controls. Primary and Secondary Cost Elements and their budgeting.

For the cost controlling function the following main objectives are given: Operational Budget Planning, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Remediation Controls

Knowledge/Skill/Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis and Reporting. Extensive knowledge of Accounting principles, related processes, and ERP systems. Analysis and proper treatment of Accounting entries and IFRS reporting. Excellent SAP FICO implementation and end-user. Must have excellent knowledge in SAP Controlling Module in the following – Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Real Orders, Overhead Costing, Assessments, Budgeting, Budget Manager and Cost element Accounting. Knowledge of SAP MM is also desirable but not mandatory.
