Description Job Description Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds. Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements. Maintain banking relationships. Manage the preparation of Budget and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances. Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction. Financial Analysis. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department. Must take part in accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, payroll and utilities, cash forecasting, BRS Etc. Requirements Degree in Accounting/Finance. At least 5 years of relevant working experience Experience in hospitality group will be advantageous IT savvy and strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel in the usage of macros, advanced Excel functions and formulas and must be able to handle reporting in SAP ERP and Excel. Strong business sense and financial analysis Knowledge of SAP FICO implementation and end-user are essential. End-user knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP MM module is also desirable but not necessary. Self-motivated, assertive and results driven with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong interpersonal skills, absolute team player with high integrity and ethical values.
