Project Manager (Architect)

About the Job: A project manager with at least 15 years of experience, including extensive architectural design experience, is required for immediate hire to head a prestigious design consultancy project in Dubai.

Responsibilities: Manage the design process of a large scale, highly specialized design consultancy project. Prepare and review design and construction documents. Oversee the supervision and construction processes. Liaison and facilitate communication between the head office and the client. Coordination with design consultant representatives, project management, procurement, and construction contractors, and attend client meetings when required. Follow up with required government and authority approvals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution, At least 15 years experience, including design consultancy experience. Excellent use of AutoCAD, Project Management software, MS Office. Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic.
