College SA requires: the services of a vibrant, creative and experienced candidate for our Business School to start as a Junior Lecturer. As a Junior Lecturer you will be responsible for assessing, marking and compiling daily reports making use of our Learner Management System (FM) for the SAIM, CSA qualification as well as ICB courses. This is a challenging position and would require an individual who is willing and keen to learn new things on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the development of students who have limited or no subject knowledge background in most subjects offered. Students thus need detailed and simplified explanation. Constant contact with the students by means of e-mail, telephone and other communication platform is an expectation.

 The candidate needs to be someone with a full background and understanding in the business environment.

 This position is reserved for a team player and a goal driven candidate who will not be afraid to take on as a challenge some of the following subjects: Management Practice, Management Principles, Project Management

Advanced Project Management: Intermediate, Introduction to Business English, Production and  Operations Management, The shortlisted candidates will be notified as soon as possible.
