Cobalt Business Counsel PC is a boutique law practice is looking for a talented, service oriented and motivated associate to join its team. The firm provides a broad range of expertise on all manners of corporate/commercial related transactions, and represents a wide variety of entrepreneurial and commercial clients.

About this role:
An entrepreneurial spirit, the desire to develop your own practice and the ability to take a leadership role in challenging transactions are essential. In addition, you must be able to draft your own documents and have strong word processing skills.
Experienced candidates will require minimal training and oversight Knowledge of securities regulation and capital markets, in particular, are an asset. Candidates can expect to work on a variety of corporate/commercial matters including corporate reorganizations, general corporate governance matters, licensing and distribution agreements, asset and share purchase agreements and private placements. This is a fulltime position and the applicant must have at least 3 years postcall experience.
