Lawyer - 2 to 4 Years PAE – Resources, Parkes Legal Recruitment, Immediate Interviews, CBD Location 2 Years + Experience Required. Top Tier has a vacancy for a talented Lawyer (2-4 years PAE) with a background in M&A/Corporate/Projects.

Joining a small and cohesive team, you will be working closely with a highly regarded Partner and Senior Associate on both advisory and transactional matters.

The team provides advice to mining, oil & gas companies, financiers, contractors and project developers in Australia (including Chinese investment), Africa and Asia. You will have the opportunity to travel (every few months) if you wish to do so. Matters will include providing advice on project structures, obtaining operation permits, preparing water and power supply contracts, negotiating construction contracts and advising on operational issues that arise.

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have gained 2-4 years PAE within a Top Tier firm. Mining, Energy or Infrastructure experience is desirable. Your solid analytical skills, communication and research ability, combined with your commitment to providing outstanding client service will see you secure this sought after role.
