Ecommerce global co need to hire an HRO to assist the HRM on a full time basis. Due to the expansion within the business and imminent Maternity Leave of the HRM (September 2016) the HRO must be confident, skilled and strong enough to manage the HR function during this period. A solid understanding and recruitment experience within the IT/Dev field is essential due to future expansion along with relevant experience within Recruitment, Retention, Induction, Staffing, Training and Dev, Performance Management, Employee counselling, HR reporting, IR/ER, BEE and VIP Payroll. ND or Degree in HR preferred coupled with 3 years HR generalist experience, plus knowledge of HR legislation, practices and procedures. R14-18 000 + MA.
