This hotel is seeking a well experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will have a formal related qualification and a minimum of 2/3 years' experience within a similar position and environment. You will be responsible for managing 2 x teams i.e. rooms and infrastructure. Must be able to implement and follow up healthy routines pertaining to the maintenance of the product; good communicator, and respectful of ladders of management; physically fit as large area to cover daily, and possibly rough terrain; able to meet deadlines on projects. Must have the following skills: building, concreting, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, woodwork, some mechanical. Must have a good eye for detail per hotel rooms standards.
