Medical claims auditors – Resubmission

We are looking for experienced Medical Reviewers/Claims Processors with expertise in Re-submissions. This role is to be based in JLT, Dubai.

Responsibilities include: To audit & process all type of rejected claims received by the payers and resubmit them correctly after thorough investigation and justification. Validate information on all medical claims received as per policy terms and conditions. To keep meticulous records of claims and follow up on pending documents. Interaction with the healthcare providers/payers as and when required. Contribute ideas to Business Rules Engine.

Requirements: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in the Medical /Health insurance field in the UAE. Medical science degree/ MBBS highly preferred. Candidates working in Hospitals/ Medical insurance companies/TPAs /Brokers preferred. Extensive knowledge on health insurance terminology. Knowledge on correct reading and assessing of medical documents. Excellent skills in computers. Good communications skills both written and verbal.
