Job Description: To undertake the necessary supervision, care and advice to a cohort of Patients. Working in co-operation with Medical colleagues. To maintain high standards of Clinical care and participate in innovation, research and evidence based practice in order to meet the needs of Patients and their families. To maintain effective communication with the Patients and their families and act as their advocate where necessary. To develop and maintain effective channels of communications with the relevant departments within the Hospital. To promote cohesion and effective teamwork, resulting in the delivery of high quality care. To maintain stores and all equipment in good order in the clinical area. To present relevant but detailed clinical information when updating medical staff and colleagues using SBAR principles, To initiate care and facilitate management of clinical emergencies according to clinical guidelines. To report any abnormal results or observations to appropriate medical personnel and initiate immediate action where necessary. To participate in the promotion of health where appropriate to meet the needs of the Patients and the service. To provide unbiased information to Patients and their families in order to promote informed choice. To provide counselling support to Patients and their families as required. To maintain security of patients and initiate Hospitals procedure.

To coordinate translation services via the Charge Nurse where appropriate liaising with other health professionals involved in the care. Provides patient care within the regulatory body Scope of practice, organization policies and procedures, and the Unit Scope of Service.

Requirements: Candidates can be Male/Female, Must have HAAD License, Must be presentable and well spoken, Salary package is 7,000 - 9,000 AED with benefits as per the UAE Labor Law (Salary Depending on the Experience)
