E&I Lead Superintendent

Location: Fort McMurray, AB
We are currently seeking a high caliber Lead Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent. Based on site in Northern Alberta, you will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies.
Responsibilities:
    Works closely with all the CMT disciplines relative to the respective reporting requirements each discipline has as dictated by the client and Coordination Plans.
    Assisting in establishing client requirements thru the contractors execution plan and undertaking feasibility studies;
    Participating in risk and value management in regards to  cost and schedule control;
    Assisting in the safe and timely turnover of all plant systems to the RFO group.
    Identifying, analyzing and developing responses for commercial risks
    Analyzing outcomes for change management and the appropriate follow thru to completion
    Reviewing and analyzing EPC schedules
    Providing advice on Contractual claims.
    Ensure a safe and smooth transition into Phase 2 construction activities at the job site.
Qualifications:
    Site experience a must
    Typically has10+ years of project experience
    8+ years in a Managerial role
    Successfully supervised and managed the construction activities of multiple E&I contractors.
