Business Analyst / BA - Operations

Business Analyst opportunity available for my Financial Services Client based in Dublin City Centre.

Are you a mid-level BA looking for a new exciting opportunity to work with a company who are a leader in their field and offer an attractive salary and benefits.

The successful Business Analyst will be reporting into the Programme Manager and they will be responsible for driving the Operations Function within the Company.

Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

Design, document and implement process management and improvement plans to ensure processes stay efficient and measurable.

Collate and distribute monthly reports

Prepare and co-ordinate presentation content for senior stakeholders

Ensure all company policies are up to date

Adhoc project work to support the delivery of the company priorities

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Degree in Business/Technical discipline

At least 3 years working in a large multinational organization

Strong experience in MS Office Suite

Sharepoint admin experience desirable

Excellent interpersonal skills

Motivated and strong negotiating and influencing skills

Salary: 45-48k plus Bonus, Healthcare, Pension and 27 days holidays
