Job description
Promise is a fully integrated medium sized full-service agency. We have an in-house digital division with its own traffic management system in place. The agency has 46 staff.
This opportunity is for a senior "traditional" traffic manager to oversee a diverse studio of creatives from art directors and designers to DTP operators and copywriters. As we are integrated, interaction with Promise Digital on the delivery of through-the-line campaigns will be required at times.
This position will require of the candidate to implement on a daily basis the following:
- Receive briefs from account management and schedule creative resource accordingly.
- Manage deadlines and ensure optimal workflow on a day to day basis.
- Keep tabs on the efficient running of the allocated time to tasks.
- Ensure timesheets are completed accurately for allocated tasks.
- Flag potential concerns to management and keep tabs on the health of your system.
Requirements
Highly organised with great interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Chase or similar agency management system.
Time/cost ratio aware (profitability)
