Job Purpose: To ensure maximum availability and operational capacity of processes and resources for effective and efficient production on the operations or projects with hands-on experience.

Formal Qualification(s): Relevant tertiary qualification, Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Project Outlook, and MS Project), & Project management understanding.

Competencies: 3 to 5 years work experience, Project management, Previous exposure engineering environment, Human relations and communication skills, Customer & Quality focus, Methodical, Teamwork and Co-operation, Problem solving, Decision making, Financial & Business Acumen, Tolerance for Stress, Assertive, Drive and Productivity, Proficiency in Microsoft packages, Attention to detail.

Responsibilities: Ensure cross functional coordination to ensure supports the overall operational performance objectives and SH& standards, Planning: development of plans, Maintain database and reconciliation, co-ordinate functions within the scope of responsibility, Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time, Design and implement systems to improve efficiencies, Assist with various other ad hoc functions to ensure company is functioning properly, Establish, maintain and improve the business flow process, Liaise with procurement re purchases relating to maintenance requirements, Actively share information with relevant QA personnel re maintenance and other mechanical / electrical problems; Contribute to Production and other meetings, Drive Environmental, Health and Safety awareness and Housekeeping, Ensure effective safety management and control of accidents or incidents, Contribute to safety meetings, Ensure housekeeping of plant and general areas in order to facilitates a tidy, neat environment – this includes cleaning of production equipment, Manage budget for cost-effective efficiencies, Manage store rooms, Ensure adequate spares stock.
