Master Start is the official reseller of online courses for USB-ED, the executive education division of the University of Stellenbosch Business School. We are looking for customer service and technical support officers to join the team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide specialised customer service and technical support to the students on the University of Stellenbosch Executive Education (USB-ED) online courses.

We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience. You'll need to have exceptional communication skills and technical know-how. You'll be the first port of call for our students with any queries to assist them from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities: Provide proactive support to students. Provide technical support and communication in response to student queries. Work closely with the programme manager to ensure courses run smoothly. Allocate students to courses on the learning management platform. Ensure students are on track and assist with their progress throughout the course presentation.

Requirements: Experience in technical support and customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to be flexible and a willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Ability to clearly communicate solutions to problems. Experience with Moodle (Advantageous). Comfortable with using technology (Excel, CRM and LMS systems). Ability to multitask and manage projects. Skills in organising time and establishing priorities. Excellent email and telephone etiquette.
