As the HR Administrator, you will be responsible for: Managing the new starter process from offer letter and contract through to joining instructions and booking induction. Entering and updating employee data onto the system and ensuring accurate records are maintained. Providing data for and preparing management information reports as required. Liaising with payroll regarding new starters / leavers and other payroll-related activities. Managing the Human Resources 'Email Inbox' responding to queries where possible or forwarding to relevant member of team. Managing the absence recording system with Accounting. Managing the holiday recording system. Recording and administering maternity and paternity leave. Administering the probationary review periods. Ensuring HR files are kept up to date. Managing the leaver administration process. Ensuring 'Right to Work' documents are received before employee's start date and a robust system is in place for checking expiry dates of visas/work permits.  Contributing to various ad hoc HR projects. Providing general HR administrative support to team
