Our Client, an international customer Solutions Company situated in Cape Town, currently has exciting positions available for German-speaking customer service consultants.

Minimum Requirements: Experience in providing customer services to individuals in German (Essential). Experience working with international clients/ customers (Highly advantageous). Matric/ International Equivalent of a Matric. Fluent written and verbal language skills in both German and English. Strong comprehension skills. Strong computer literacy skills- ability to navigate various screens and systems effectively. Ability to work rotational 8 hour shifts between 8am – 9pm

Main duties would include, but are not limited to: Establishing customers’ needs by using questioning and listening skills to identify and resolve problems. Advising customers on the best possible solution or action to resolve the customer’s query. Demonstrating high attention to detail in all customer interactions in order to ensure all requests and issues are resolved in an effective manner. Why should you apply: 9 weeks training is provided (including full product and systems training)

 Permanent position: Basic salary PLUS incentives/ benefits (medical aid). Transport home for shifts later than 7pm, provided you live within a 35km radius from Claremont. Based in Claremont, close to all transport systems. Salary on offer: R13 000 – R16 000 per month, dependent on your working experience.
