Responsibilities: Monitor staff performance. Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
