Director / Associate Director Required - Abu Dhabi. We at ardent advisory and accounting are looking for a seasoned professional to join us as a Director/Associate Director in our Corporate Finance team in Abu Dhabi.

To be considered you must: Have completed a professional certification course (CA, MBA, CFA, CPA or equivalent). Have 10-15 years of experience in a corporate finance role. Have experience of managing full spectrum of M&A, financial advisory and fundraising projects and be adept at financial modeling, due diligence and valuation. Have professional experience in the GCC. Have existing and have the ability to build strong C-suite relationships with designation mentioned in the subject line of your e-mail.
