Job Description The Role – Management of the cost planning of the projects from Inception, to the pre and post construction phases.- Cost management and contract administration- Preparation and review of contractual documents to ensure compliance with program requirements- Preparation and letting of construction trade packages.- Writing contractual letters to clients, consultant and subcontractors- Cost control of labour and materials.- Certification of progress claims and variations- Preparation and finalization of final accounts
Requirements: 8+ years experience in claims, contract administration or quantity surveying with 5 years in UAE- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying- Strong leadership abilities with high levels of energy and drive to progress projects.- Must be able to work independently reporting to the company Director- Superior communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment is critical to this role.- Experience in tower building and Interior Fit Out projects of value up to AED 50 million- Excellent English speaking and writing as all formal correspondence will be in this language
