We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for a permanent position in CapeTown / Paarden Eiland.
The ideal candidate is hands on, solution driven, able to manage subcontractors and small teams. While overseeing a building site is part of the responsibilities, the ability to carry out maintenance work on tenanted buildings is equally important. The position is permanent and will be filled with long time stability in mind.
