Location, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. Internal Communications Officer. My client from an automotive concern is seeking an Internal Communications Officer to join their team based in Uitenhage.

Requirements: 3 year tertiary qualification in Communications. Minimum of 3 years working experience in a communications or related field. Strategy development. Written communication. Attention to detail / planning / organizing . Ability to analyze information and make appropriate recommendations

Responsibility Duties: The person needs to have strong communications skills, excellent writing skills, knowledge of the communications tools and ability to effectively utilise these to achieve maximum impact. Strict adherence to internal policies in accordance with company requirements is required.

 Strategic decisions will require approval from the Head of Corporate Affairs, while the person will be fully responsible for implementing the strategy and being accountable in terms of delivery versus objectives. The person will need to take full responsibility for operational decisions relating to internal communications.

Key interfaces will be with the General Manager of Manufacturing, Production Managers, the Human Resources Manager, Industrial Relations staff, the Corporate Communications Manager, the Head of Corporate Affairs and other top company leaders (including the Managing Director)

Salary: RMarket Related
