The ideal candidate should have a Trade/Technical Qualification with at least 5 yrs Supervisory experience within the Truck/Motor or Heavy engineering field - Proven Track Record.

KPA's would include: Performance Management, production standards, meeting delivery commitments, lean manufacturing, osh and iso9001,meet production targets, labour efficiency, customer service, on time delivery, quality control, health and safety, staff training and development, staff performance kpi's, discipline, time keeping, improvement standards, compliance CAR's, budgets. Must ensure efficient planning and execution of the companies manufacturing operations, production of products to specifications, safe work environment.
