We are recruiting a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant in Somerset West and an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate. We are looking for candidates with outstanding hospitality experience coupled with a track record in management and service. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong stock control, management and administrative skills and be an excellent organiser with an eye for detail.
