As a Commercial Property Lease Adviser (Broker) you will be: Responsible for leasing of commercial properties i.e. warehouses, offices, commercial land, investments & new developments. Prospecting for new corporate tenants. Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena. Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds. Meeting with tenants for viewings of appropriate properties. Networking with landlords and other commercial property stakeholders. Negotiating lease agreements. Full training and mentorship provided. No property experience required BUT sales experience is a must. Own reliable transport, laptop and smartphone required. 3 Month basic salary + commission (100% commission after initial 3 months). On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k - R600k), Year 2 (R800k +) plus bonuses & international travel incentives.
