The successful candidate should have Import / Export Customer Service and or Supply Chain background with excellent ICT skills. As the first point of contact for clients and internal customers, presentation, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent. 3-5 years relevant experience within Import/Export environment, including Freight and Logistics is essential. Must have the ability to negotiate with a variety of people, customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping companies, and clients. Pastel V17 essential. Intermediate knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Word). Basic Accounting Principles essential.
