The job requires a person to take full control of all day to day branch operations including, but not limited to: Managing and motivating the full staff complement, including stores, admin and sales Maintaining a high standard of customer service Ensuring stock availability and control To be successful a candidate must have managerial experience, preferably in a similar industry, be computer literate, able to function well under pressure, and have good inter-personal skills. Due to the nature of this position, it would be best suited to a person over the age of 30.
