Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai
A prestigious Rent A Car needs a Customer Service Representative who can emphasized on selling and revenue maximizing on core products such as Collision Damage Waiver, upsells, completing all rental paperwork NRT\'S exchanges and reservation in accordance with the company policies,answering the telephone calls, liaising with various departments such as distribution and delivery and collection, action overdue daily and ensure follow up is in accordance with correct procedure, and flexible attitude to service all areas of the branch as needed.
At least 2 years experience with in a customer service role, fluent in English language skills, valid uae driving license (kindly note that candidates without driving license will not be considered), willing to relocated to Dubai, excellent organizational and time management skills, good communication skills both written and oral, ability to work as well as team with 100% customer focus, an enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards providing excellent service to our customers, and excellent telephone manner is essential.
