Customer Service Attendant Large Nationally Company Work with the latest technology Fantastic and exciting working environment Secure Parking, the national market leader in car parking facilities is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are prepared to embrace this challenging customer service/car park attendant role. You will be responsible for assisting customers and resolving equipment breakdowns. No two shifts are the same! This role is dynamic, fast paced and ideally suited to someone who can multi task and think on their feet.

Primary duties would include but not limited to: Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent, responsive & polite handling of enquiries, requests & complaints ;Monitor car park operating equipment & resolve equipment breakdowns as required; Carry out car park inspections & report items requiring attention; Completing required administrative shift paperwork accurately; Cash handling where required; General cleaning duties; Computer skills.

To be considered for this type of role you must possess the following: Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal & dispute resolutions skills with the ability to react calmly in volatile situations; Technical & mechanical aptitude to resolve equipment issues; Ability to accurately record incidents & events; Immaculate presentation; Commitment & dedication; Reliability & punctuality; A current manual drivers license (mandatory);We are offering a minimum of 2 shifts per week to the successful applicant.
