HR Generalist - Dubai, UAE, Job Functional Area Human Resource. Required Gender Female. Minimum Experience2 Years. Our company, one of the fastest growing Event management company in the region is looking for a flexible, trustworthy and responsible female HR Generalist who can join the company immediately. Preferably Filipina or Indian, with 2 to 3 years HR relevant experience in the UAE. Applicant should not be more than 40 years old.

Job Purpose: As an HR Generalist, you are responsible for all human resources activities and functions for the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow up on company policies and procedures and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy related and procedural problem and inquiries. This role requires minimum supervision as it covers the full broad spectrum of Human Resource areas, functionalities and its extent.

Main functions: Operational, Learning and development, Recruitment and selection, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Policies and Procedures, Labor and Government relations, Employee relations, Only Female candidates with relevant experience shall be entertained. Salary package will be discuss during the interview.
