We are looking for a seriously organised, super-efficient customer service and office star performer to join our team and play a pivotal role in the smooth day to day running of our business. 

You will be the first point of contact within the company with your core role being the management of daily order entry, responding to customer service enquiries (via phone and email), liaising with customers and providing operational and administration support. This is a permanent part time position, Monday - Friday.

You will be responsible for but not limited to: Entering customer orders in MYOB. Processing orders from company websites – Neto Platform. Setting up new customer accounts. Taking orders over the phone, up-selling and cross-selling where possible. Managing credit applications. Responding to all customer service enquiries via phone, email and online. Resolving any delivery enquires and issues. Liaising with our operations team for timely dispatch of orders and incoming goods. Liaising with freight companies. Liaising with sales reps, customer queries and accounts. Assisting with other administrative duties and projects as required.

Updating product information for company websites. Operational assistance, including labelling compliance, nutritional panel update and printing of labels.

To be successful in this role you will bring: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role - experience within the food distribution or wholesale industry will be highly regarded. Advanced competency in MYOB, MS Word and Excel. Experience with CMS websites, online orders and systems. Impeccable customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks working in a fast paced environment. Ability to meet deadlines and to work autonomously. Ability to work under pressure and have fun along the way. A professional, friendly and personable demeanour. Strong proactivity, energy and presence. Pride in always doing your best
