Our textile artists, graphic designers, product managers, stylists and merchandisers collaborate on the latest trends including fashion, fabrics, palettes, patterns and textures to supply Australia’s leading bedding retailer  & all major department stores across the country.

Legend Linen distribute iconic brands: Logan & Mason (including the Platinum and Ultima Collections), Private Collection, Davinci and Florence Broadhurst into department and specialty home stores, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Legend Linen operates from a premise that includes a large showroom, offices and warehouse/distribution facility.

The role: To manage customer service interactions with all B2B accounts, liaise with them on all aspects of their orders including, initial order processing, taking payments and working with dispatch.  You will also contribute to continuously help achieve sales targets for the company by monitoring back orders reports all whilst delivering impeccable customer service & developing relationships with allocated accounts

Skills and experience: Excellent written and communication skills. Collaborating with the team to exchange ideas and initiatives. Time and priority management skills. Decisive, firm, courteous & customer oriented. A work ethic that understands the importance of going above and beyond to satisfy the client and exceed their expectations.
