Frontline Manager Wanted, Eugene cho PTY LTD, Perth, Fremantle & Southern Suburbs. We are looking for a motivated and progressive manager/supervisor with a minimum of 2 years experience.

As a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor you will have daily responsibility such as: Good communication skill and Staff Management – using your proven leadership experience to promote high levels of customer service and quality from all direction. Performance Management – Appraisals, Reviews, Disciplinary’s in line with corporate processes and policies. Personnel Management – Oversee Staff Rostering, Hiring and Training of personnel in order to meet business requirements. Marketing – Co-ordinate and lead local marketing and promotion programs. Financial Control – stock control, budgeting.

Suitable appliance for this position will possess a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar capacity and understand the importance of honesty and effective leadership to ensure a successfull team work. On Offer: A competitive salary. An immediate start.
