Property Manager: Ray White Murrumba Downs! Ray White, Brisbane, Northern Suburbs, Salary, $49,000 - $59,999.

We are currently looking for a new member to add to our growing team on a full time basis. You must have had past experience in the industry and have worked in the real estate industry before. You also must have your REIQ property management certificate and have a good understanding of the role of a property manager.

We are offering the following salary package to the successful applicant: 44 hours a week Monday to Friday on a full time basis with every second Saturday off. Four weeks paid holiday a year with leave loading. Free Phone, IPad, fuel and bonuses available. First weeks rent for bringing on new business. $49,600 or $950 per week take home, plus tax, super and bonuses. Extra increase in salary for overtime. Must have your own reliable car to get to work and office cars are provided during business hours. Free training with the Ray White Group. Support from the businesses owners and principal every day. The successful applicant must have the following experience and knowledge within the property industry:

Experience in the property industry and an understanding of property management. Must be able to handle 170 to 200 managements. Routine inspections using an IPad. Daily feed back to vendors, tenants and contractors. Arrears. Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills: (Both verbal and written). Great time management skills. Current certificate of registration for property management. Immaculate presentation and corporate uniform. Being willing to learn and grow within the business.
