Administration Assistant - Drama Department, Barker College, Sydney, North West & Hills District. Barker College is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced, innovative and enthusiastic Administration Assistant Drama Department.

This will be a part-time, term-time only role commencing 1 January 2019.  Please note that new staff will be required to attend Orientation which commences 22 January 2019. The overall purpose of the role will be to provide professional administrative support to the Department and to facilitate the smooth running of the Drama Department program of events both curricular and co-curricular as well as any joint venture with other Departments. We welcome applicants with a strong Creative Arts background.

The role will be worked over 2 days per term-time week (8:30AM to 4:30PM).  However, there is a recognised requirement for additional hours to be worked in this role eg for Rehearsals, Performance Periods, Examination Periods etc.  These additional periods will be flexible as directed by the Head of Drama and may be during the evenings or weekends and will be paid a flat casual rate upon submission of a duly authorised timesheet.
