Our reputable and busy boutique family law specialist firm located in the CBD, seeks a full time, well presented & enthusiastic receptionist. The Job Your day to day duties will include: General incoming/outgoing mail duties. Answering incoming calls. Meet and greet clients. Opening files. Kitchen duties, Maintaining stationary supplies, Archiving completed files, Filing, Banking and filing of court documents and other outside town work, Dictaphone typing of correspondence and court documents etc.

Your experience Although full training will be provided, it is essential that to be successful in this role you will possess the following qualities: A minimum of one year experience within a legal office. Accurate typing with a minimum of 60wpm. Intermediate level of MS Outlook and MS Word. A confident and professional phone manner. Experience in answering multiple incoming calls during busy periods. A friendly disposition, welcoming manner and can do attitude is a must.
